How does your service work?
At Infinity Boost we provide boosting services for CS2 on all types of platforms including but not limited to Matchmaking and Faceit. After
choosing the desired service and upon successful provision of your email address with the payment details we will process your order within 15
minutes. If you are having troubles or unsure whether the payment went through, you can contact us either through an online chat or by email
at
[email protected]. Our team will help you as soon as possible.
What are your working hours?
Our online support works from 11am to 11pm CET. However, our boosters are available at all times.
Do I have to provide my account details or can I play with boosters?
There are 2 options:
Option 1: You can provide your account details to us and our boosters will play from your account.
Option 2: You can select the option which allows you to play with boosters in the same team.
Both options are safe.
Is your service safe?
Yes, our boosters do not use any third-party software or cheats to boost accounts and they are legit players with over 5000 elo on Faceit.
This
means you will NEVER get VAC banned through using our services. However, it is important to keep in mind that boosting, possession of multiple
accounts and account sharing is not allowed on either of the platforms. Thus, you are responsible for such actions taken against you.
When will you process my order?
We usually process all the orders within 15 minutes after the payment.
Boost Process
What type of data should I provide if I purchased a boost with account share?
We will need access to your steam and respective platform account to proceed with the boost. Additionally, it will be helpful if you can
provide your backup codes in advance so that we can proceed with the boost without waiting for your response.
How long will it take to boost my account?
This will depend on the number of orders and availability of our boosters, but we usually play anywhere between 10-15 games per day.
Can I play on my account during the boost?
If our boosters are already on your account, you will not be able to play until they complete the boost. However, if you want to play on your
account before we have started the boost or when the boosters are performing another order, you can arrange so with us in advance through an
online chat on our website.
Can my friend play with me if I have ordered a lobby boost?
We are able to arrange a boost in a way where both you and your friend will be able to play together in the same lobby. However, your friend
will need to pay for himself as all our slots in the lobby are allocated to each of our clients.
How can I assure that you are not using any cheats to boost my account?
All our boosters have 5000 elo or more on FACEIT which means that they have more elo than some of professional Tier 1 players. They do not
have a need to use any cheats and can easily win games at 3000 elo average lobbies. Additionally, all boosters have been tested by us before
joining our team to make sure their elo matches their skills and understanding of the game.
What will happen if boosters lose a game?
We have around a 95% win rate on FACEIT on all of our boosting accounts. In the unlikely case where boosters may lose a game, they will get an
extra win to complete your order. We want to assure you that you will get an exact rank or elo that you paid for.
Account Store
Where do you get the accounts that you sell?
All of the accounts that we sell are completed by our team members. This includes FACEIT, and Matchmaking accounts. We do not use any cheats
or third-party software on any of our accounts. All of our accounts are without a linked steam guard or phone number and are sold with the
original email address.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a number of different payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. This is done through Stripe
which allows you to pay with almost everything. We also accept crypto payment methods using BTC, ETH, USDC and USDT.
What happens after I have made the payment?
As soon as you have made a successful payment, you will be redirected to a page where you will need to provide your steam and respective
platform login details. We strongly recommend you to also provide us with your steam backup codes so that we can process your order as soon as
possible without waiting for your response.
All payments are made through Stripe.
